• List, advertise and show client properties
• Process applications and screen prospective tenants (credit and/or background checks)
• Coordinate all state and local required inspections and registration
• Prepare leases & perform move-in/out inspections
• Coordinate maintenance services with network of qualified vendors
• Collect rents, security deposits, and process evictions if needed
• Provide monthly financial reports including all scanned receipts and bills
• Advise clients on lease renewal
• Provide estimates and coordinate repairs to get units into New Tenant Ready condition once vacated
